How do I know if this will fit my home?

AC sizing depends on cooled square footage, ceiling height, sun exposure, insulation, and Florida humidity load. Rule of thumb: 1.5 ton fits ~750 sqft, 2 ton fits ~1,000 sqft, 2.5 ton fits ~1,250 sqft, 3 ton fits ~1,500 sqft, 4 ton fits ~2,000 sqft, 5 ton fits ~2,500+ sqft.
