Furnace Direct (a brand of Hamlin Mechanical LLC) operates an SMS text-messaging program to help customers move through the quote, scheduling, and order process. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
Hamlin Mechanical LLC runs a single messaging program across all of its storefronts, including Furnace Direct, Cooling Direct and PoolHeater.Direct. Those are trade names of the same company, not separate businesses. Consent you give us is used only to send you Furnace Direct messages.
Program description
When you request a quote or submit one of our web forms, you may choose to receive text messages from Furnace Direct. These messages relate to your quote, install scheduling, order and delivery updates, and customer support. This is a recurring messaging program.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages — no offers, discounts, or special promotions. We also do not send text messages about financing. If you want to discuss financing, call us or email us and we will handle it by phone or email.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms — for example the contact form at furnace.direct/pages/contact or the quote form at furnace.direct/pages/get-a-quote. If we have prepared a quote for you and sent you a link to view it, the same optional consent box appears on that page when you enter your phone number to open the quote — checking it is never required to view your quote. The box is optional and is never pre-checked. We do not text customers who have not opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us (for example, quote follow-ups and order updates).
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Furnace Direct does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out and help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. To rejoin, opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message, email support@furnace.direct, or call (888) 762-1334.
Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
