How do I know if this will fit my home?

Mini-split BTU sizing rule of thumb: 9,000 BTU cools ~350 sqft, 12,000 BTU cools ~550 sqft, 18,000 BTU cools ~750–1,000 sqft, 24,000 BTU cools ~1,200 sqft, 36,000 BTU cools ~1,500–1,800 sqft. All equipment ships with the full manufacturer warranty (typically 10 years parts, 1 year labor on the compressor/heat exchanger). Registration is required — we send registration instructions with the unit. Most professional installs are still recommended because vacuum-pulling a refrigerant line and verifying torque on flare connections requires HVAC tools.
