Why ductless

No ductwork means no duct losses (up to 30% of traditional HVAC energy is lost through leaky ducts). The inverter compressor ramps up and down smoothly, so there's no jarring on/off cycling. Heat pumps also provide efficient heating down to well below freezing.

How do I know if this will fit my home?

Mini-split BTU sizing rule of thumb: 9,000 BTU cools ~350 sqft, 12,000 BTU cools ~550 sqft, 18,000 BTU cools ~750–1,000 sqft, 24,000 BTU cools ~1,200 sqft, 36,000 BTU cools ~1,500–1,800 sqft.
