A.O. Smith ties the warranty to a code inside the model number, so one PDF rarely covers a given unit. Use the verification tool with your serial number first.

AirEase, Armstrong Air, Ducane and Concord all share one set of Allied Air certificates and one registration portal.

Each Amana certificate contains three sections — Limited Warranty, Non-Owner Occupied Residence Warranty, and Commercial Warranty. There is no separate Amana commercial document.

PTAC equipment is warranted as commercial product. These certificates are hosted on Goodman's PartnerLink marketing host rather than the Amana PTAC site.

American Standard and Trane publish the same certificates under the same document numbers. Where a stable American Standard link does not exist, the Trane copy of the identical document is listed under Trane.

Aprilaire does not publish a standalone warranty certificate. The warranty text sits inside each product's owner's manual, and claims route through your wholesale distributor.

Arcoaire is an International Comfort Products brand. The ICP certificates listed under International Comfort Products name Arcoaire on their face and are the governing documents.

Armstrong Air, AirEase, Ducane and Concord share one set of Allied Air certificates.

Bard's warranty certificate is not publicly downloadable — the link on their site opens a digital-asset viewer that serves no reachable file. Bard states registration is optional and does not diminish warranty rights.

Champion shares the Johnson Controls Ducted Systems document library and registration portal with York, Coleman and Luxaire. The York certificates apply to Champion equipment.

Daikin Applied publishes no public warranty certificate. Applied equipment warranty terms are carried in the order acknowledgement and the IOM manual, and coverage typically begins at commissioning. Ducane shares the Allied Air certificates with Armstrong Air, AirEase and Concord.

One policy covers both residential and commercial. First Co voids the warranty on equipment bought from unauthorised internet sellers, and requires claims within 90 days.

Friedrich is a Rheem brand. It has no dedicated warranty landing page, but it publishes more warranty PDFs than most.

This is Frigidaire HVAC (a Nordyne brand, now under Rheem) — not the Frigidaire major-appliance business, which is Electrolux and has different warranties. Terms are published as a page, not a PDF, and your certificate is downloadable after registration.

The registration and lookup portals sit behind a browser security check, so they may not open from an automated link.

Grandaire is an ICP private-label brand; its warranty documents are ICP-issued.

The Heil HVAC brand lives at heil-hvac.com. Do not confuse it with heil.com, which is Heil Environmental, an unrelated refuse-truck manufacturer.

These are the governing certificates for every ICP brand — Heil, Tempstar, Comfortmaker, Arcoaire, Day & Night, KeepRite, Airquest, Climette and Maratherm. Each document names the covered brands on its face.

KeepRite has no brand-specific warranty summary — the ICP certificates below are the governing documents and name KeepRite on their face. Not to be confused with KeepRite Refrigeration, a separate company.

Laars states that warranty coverage applies whether or not you register the product.

This is Maytag HVAC (a Nordyne brand, now under Rheem) — not the Maytag appliance business, which is Whirlpool and has different warranties. The PDF links on Maytag's own warranty page currently redirect to a portal landing page rather than the document; use the registration portal to download your certificate.

mideacomfort.us covers residential equipment. Midea Building Technologies handles commercial separately.

Mitsubishi versions its warranty statements by effective date and keeps roughly a dozen archived versions on the hub. Commercial VRF (City Multi) registers through Diamond System Builder rather than the portal below.

Payne is a residential value brand — Carrier publishes no Payne commercial certificate.

One master warranty document covers the entire Reznor line, including unit heaters, duct furnaces, make-up air and infrared, plus the XW1–XW9 purchased extensions.

Rheem's warranty page is registration and verification only. The verify tool will download the actual certificate for your unit given the serial number, homeowner last name and state — that is the most reliable route for a specific unit.

Rinnai extends labor terms only if you register within the window — 90 days residential, 30 days commercial.

Ruud shares Rheem Sales Company's multi-brand certificates; there is no Ruud-only document currently published. Commercial resources: https://www.ruud.com/commercial-resource-center/

Samsung publishes no warranty certificate PDFs. Warranty terms are delivered only through the lookup tool, with separate homeowner, distributor and registered dealer paths. Claims: warranty@samsunghvac.com

Senville publishes its terms as a page rather than a certificate. Stated coverage is 10 years compressor, 5 years parts, varying by series.

Slant/Fin states it no longer manufactures or sells boilers or replacement parts, all boilers are discontinued models, and replacement-part warranties expired 1 August 2024. Heat-exchanger claims are settled at cash value rather than replacement.

State is an A.O. Smith brand and shares the same document platform. As with A.O. Smith, the warranty is keyed to a code in the model number, so start with the verification tool.

Tempstar is an International Comfort Products brand. The ICP certificates name Tempstar on their face and are the governing documents.

Each residential Base Limited Warranty also contains a commercial-application table with reduced terms. Trane and American Standard publish the same documents under the same numbers.

Burnham Commercial is a separate company with its own site and registration portal at https://cciregistration.bh-portal.net/

WeatherKing is a Rheem brand and hosts no documents of its own. Note that the two newest Rheem commercial revisions drop WeatherKing from the brand list, so 92-26150-10-40 is the correct commercial reference.

The warranty hub indexes roughly a hundred model-specific certificates across three install-date eras, each split residential and commercial. Start at the hub if your model is not listed below.

Discontinued as a ducted HVAC brand. The old westinghouse-hvac.com domain no longer resolves and the registration portal has been retired. westinghousehvac.com now redirects to Westinghouse Electric's brand-licensing site, which sells portable air conditioners and is a different business. If you own Westinghouse ducted equipment, try the Nordyne customer portal or your installing contractor.

Whirlpool HVAC is licensed to Rheem and publishes no warranty page or document library of its own — the verify tool is the only reliable route to your unit's certificate. Do not use Whirlpool major-appliance warranties; those are a different business.

York's residential business has moved to Bosch, and york.com residential pages now redirect to york.bosch-hcgroup.com. Residential warranties must be registered within 90 days. These documents also govern Coleman, Luxaire and Champion equipment.
